Moskito Geo-Informations-Systeme GmbH was founded in 1997 and is located in Dortmund, Germany. The company provides services in connection with the geographic information system Moskito GIS. Apart from programming and sales, the company offers system support, instruction seminars, data conversion, programming on demand and special system modifications according to customer demands.

Employees

CEO Dipl. Inf. Horst Wessel and his deceased associate Hans-Josef Hoebertz, have put 20 years of experience in this particular area into action. Moskito GIS GmbH employs a constantly increasing number of specialists (in 2005: 13 employees) who cover the different areas of GIS system application. Visions becoming real

Founding Moskito GIS GmbH in 1997 our idea of implementing a new, innovative Geo Information System for modern PCs became real.

Intelligently connecting knowledge and practical experience the user-friendly Moskito GIS was developed. Our creative and well-skilled employees significantly contribute with their new idea and concepts to the successful development of Moskito Gis. Our motivation is to be one step ahead of the users needs.

Our services are bound close to the needs of our customers, with whom we worked close together since the very beiginning.

Today Moskito Gis is an established developer of geographic information systems. Our products are used by a wide range of customers, like leading energy suppliers, communes and service providers. To secure our high developing standards we hold intensive contacts to Universities and Colleges to bind and integrate the broad spread knowledge there into our developing concept.
