The project is conducted in three provinces: Nam Dinh, Lam Dong and Can Tho city. These provinces are located in very different natural and geographical settings that form three major areas in Vietnam: the Red River Delta, the Central Highlands and the Mekong Delta. The project therefore covers three regions that represent the diversity of Vietnamese nature, people and economy.
