The University of Dalatis an educational center for the Central Highlands of Vietnam. Some 13,000 students are educated in 20 faculties and departments, including the Faculty of Environment and the Faculty of Agriculture and Sylviculture.

The University of Dalat participates in the subproject “local IWRM in Lam Dong Province.”
